Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil (separated)
- 4 tablespoons of butter
- 4 6-ounce skinless salmon filets, each
- 1/2 pound shrimp
- ½ teaspoon kosher salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 6 tablespoons MOTHER’S BLEND Cajun Creole Seasoning (separated)
- 4 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Add 2 tsp Mother’s Blend Cajun Creole Seasoning, lime juice, 1 tsp olive oil, salt and pepper to bowl. Add in salmon coat, and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
- Heat other tsp of oil and then add butter.
- Add filets and sear both sides for 3-5 minutes each.
- Set aside.
- Add garlic to pan and sauté for 1 minute. Deglaze pan with white wine until most liquid is reduced.
- Add in chicken broth, heavy cream and 4 tsp cajun seasoning.
- Slowly add in your parmesan cheese and stir until completely melted.
- Bring to simmer until reduced and thickened.
- Return salmon to pan and continually baste.
- Continue cooking until desired doneness
