Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil (separated) 
  • 4 tablespoons of butter
  • 4 6-ounce skinless salmon filets, each
  • 1/2 pound shrimp
  • ½ teaspoon kosher salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 6 tablespoons MOTHER’S BLEND Cajun Creole Seasoning (separated)
  • 4 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese

Instructions

  • Add 2 tsp Mother’s Blend Cajun Creole  Seasoning, lime juice, 1 tsp olive oil, salt and pepper to bowl.  Add in salmon coat, and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes. 
  • Heat other tsp of oil and then add butter.
  • Add filets and sear both sides for 3-5 minutes each.
  • Set aside.
  • Add garlic to pan and sauté for 1 minute. Deglaze pan with white wine until most liquid is reduced. 
  • Add in chicken broth, heavy cream and 4 tsp cajun seasoning.
  • Slowly add in your parmesan cheese and stir until completely melted. 
  • Bring to simmer until reduced and thickened.
  • Return salmon to pan and continually baste.
  • Continue cooking until desired doneness
