  • 3 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 4 tablespoons of butter (divided in two)
  • 1 pd peeled and divined shrimp
  • 1 pd lump crab meat
  • 1pd sea scallops
  • ½ teaspoon kosher salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons MOTHER'S BLEND Garlic Powder
  • 6 tablespoons MOTHER’S BLEND Cajun Creole Seasoning (divided)
  • 1 cup of chicken stock
  • 1 cup of heavy cream
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 1 cup parmesan cheese
  • green onion (for garnish)


  • Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain, toss with a bit of olive oil, and set aside.
  • In a large skillet, heat olive oil and butter.
  • Toss seafood with MOTHER'S Cajun Creole Seasoning and add to skillet.  Cook and stir for 4-7 minutes, until shrimp is opaque.
  • Transfer seafood to a dish and cover to keep warm.
  • Without cleaning out the skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Stir in MOTHER'S Garlic Powder for 1 minute til fragrant.
  • Gradually whisk in milk, then chicken broth.
  • Add parmesan cheese and salt and stir until parmesan is dissolved and sauce has thickened. Add salt, pepper, red pepper flakes and remaining cajun seasoning. Adjust seasoning to desired taste.
  • Add cooked fettuccine noodles to the skillet and return seafood to the skillet. Give it a good toss.
  • Top with chopped green onion or parsley and parmesan cheese (optional).
